The Harriers had some good Parkrun results on Saturday.
Thurrock saw Brooke Mensah win the women's race in 22.20. Steve Ball managed a solid 24.05. Chris Applegate continued his return to fitness with 24.19.
Good to see some past names in Nick Trencher 20.24, Harry Parker 24.42 and Gary Rowlett 39.56 on the results too.
Scott Thrush was 2nd at Dartford Heath parkrun, running a solid 18.31.
Ben Prior also ran a very pleasing 17.19 for 4th at Raphael parkrun to show his fitness gains post some injuries.
