Congratulations to William Watts and John Coshell for being Jack Petchey Achievement Award winners.
Both William and John are highly deserving of their nominations, consistently demonstrating outstanding dedication to their own training (achieving excellent performances that deserve recognition) while actively promoting teamwork within the club by supporting and encouraging their fellow athletes.
On behalf of everyone at Thurrock Harriers, we would also like to extend a massive thank you to William and John for the additional time and effort they volunteer. From assisting with training sessions to setting up equipment at competitions, their hard work is vital to the club and highly appreciated.Well done to you both!
We look forward to celebrating their awards, alongside everyone selected in the draw, at our upcoming bowling night, which has been fully funded by the Jack Petchey Foundation.
Voting for our next Jack Petchey Achievement Award winner will take place between September - November, so keep an eye out during the season for athletes who you think deserve to be recognized for their contributions! (Just remember, you can only receive the Achievement Award once, so unfortunately you can't vote for any of our previous winners)
