It's time to submit your nominations for the next Jack Petchey Achievement Award!
You can nominate anybody in the club aged between 11-25 who you feel should be recognised for their work e.g. recent achievements (either in competitions, or their own personal ones), dedication to the club/other athletes, or by being a good role model/mentor to others etc.
Please vote using either the online form below, or by paper ballots (which can be found on the back table by the office in the clubhouse).
