Junior Results

U13 Girls: Eden Sloan led the girls home in a very impressive 2nd place. Phoebe Thomas was next through in 8th place with Isla Sandford finishing close behind in 11th. Completing the team was Asya Nalcioglu who was in 28th place.

The team were a strong second on the day and team medals look very possible in the league this year.

U13 Boys: Charlie Matthews was first back in 16th, he was backed up by Liam Tarasevicius in 26th and Finlay Maule in 40th place. 

Needing one more runner for a full team the boys still finished a good 7th overall.

Senior Results

Senior Women: Another strong team performance put the women one step closer to Division 1 promotion as they finished second in Division 2 with 158 points at this fixture.

The team were led home by Cross Country debutant Hayley Nye in 23rd place, Hayley looked like she enjoyed it and there's more to come from her for sure.

Brooke Mensah was next showing a good improvement from the first fixture, finishing in 49th place. Leonie Nalcioglu was hot on Brooke's heels in 50th place. 

Final scorer with good improvement from fixture 1 was Jodie Farrell in 75th place.

Vicky Purkiss was next in 120th place, her first XC run in a good number of years, and she was smiling at the end which was a good sign for the future!

Gloria Bullen finished the team in 138th place. 

The Veteran team then finished 15th overall.

Senior Men: The men were a few scorers down from fixture 1 and really need a good turnout in fixture 3 at Hadleigh on November 22nd. They were 10th in Division 1 on the day but despite that there were certainly signs of positivity brewing.

First finisher was Ben Prior in 44th place who held off Alec Finch in 45th place.

Next was Scott Thrush who made a good improvement on his fixture 1 placing coming 70th on the day. 

Eamonn Shelley continued his improvements from fixture 1 and was 4th scorer in 140th place, he's flying at the minute. 

Next home was Dave Beatty in 206th and final scorer was Jonathan Metcalf who it was good to see back out on the Cross, his strong finish led a train of Harriers home coming 226th.

Simon Hatcher was close behind in 227th, Simon was the 3rd of our senior debutants this fixture and it was great to see him test himself over the XC terrain! 228th was the ever reliable Bernie Johnson.

The Veteran team were 18th overall.
