Biggest result of the bank holiday weekend undoubtedly happened at Battersea Park where Harvey Green got a massive 49 second PB, running 15.05 in a well attacked 5k. Months of good work linked in with some cracking sessions are paying off. Sub 15 will be the next target for him.
Harvey was supported at Battersea Park by David Beatty who then himself ran a 2hr18min half marathon as he helped with some pacing.
